Nigeria we know is Still trying to kick off development but do they have the mentality to bring total development in infrastructure......
We have seen project meant to develop the country that ended up abandoned with looters taking the money to their bank accounts....
So with that NIGERIANS PLEASE COMMENT ON IF NIGERIA CAN EVER BE ABLE TO DO THIS!!!!!
